FYI, just won a $5 gift card on the Shell Rewards scratch off instant win games. The site was down for the past 2-3 days and just came back up. I have had success with playing in cases like these, where there seems to be a glut of prizes after a period of inaccessibility.

Congrats! I won the 7 cents off once and to be honest, I'm not even sure I'll use it since Shell normally charges 10 cents or more per gallon on average than the QT's, Casey's or other gas stations in the area. I'm not sure this is a value added promotion for them.
