got an email that i won clique dvd from she knows i don't think i will accept it. it has an affy to send back asking for ss number and copy of id.i don't want to give that info for a dvd
 
Congrats, you could always just fill it out and leave the ss# blank, i've done that in the past and still recieved prize.
 
Ive heard that She Knows sometimes does that.
I think that you should email them and ask them if you can receive the prize withouth entering your ss number.
 
I've sent affy's back with "not applicable for prize value" in the SS# line and still received the prize.

It wouldn't hurt to try.
 
They must have changed how they do things. I won about 6 months ago from them and didn't even know I won - the DVD just showed up in the mail.. I agree.. I wouldn't for a DVD either, but I would try filling it out with blank SSN
 
:whistle: I received a winning e-mail for face creams from them, don't really like that they require
my SSN and copy of drivers license. I don't know why they need that for a prize that has a value
of not quite $100.00. :whistle:
 
Update - I received my DVD in the mail today. I never sent in the affidavit that was emailed to me.
