So a couple of weeks ago I got home to find a 32 in Samsung TV on my porch. I was thrilled. I had no idea what contest it was from other than the return label stated a name of a company. I have read many who have won prizes and don't recall entering. I subscribed to
Sweepstake Ninja as well so I had no idea what contest it was from. Researching I found it to be a company that represents 100's of contests. A couple of weeks before that I received an email that I had won a Kitchen Pie Kit. Never put the two together-life busy. Yesterday I got a email from the person who emailed me about the Pie Kit letting me know they might have sent out the wrong prize and wanting me to respond so they could send me a return label. -Never heard of anyone asking for the prize back-especially if they are the ones who sent it out wrong. On the other hand choosing to be honest about it....How would you handle it?

YIKES kheninger!

You say "Researching I found it to be a company that represents 100's of contests"

What do their RULES say [if anything] about how to [legally] resolve this type of situation?

Or do you refer to a PLATFORM? Like {Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Pinterest} where a SPONSOR utilizes Social Media instead of a site/TEXT link?

Or, is this from a BLOG?
