Seeking help and information

I'm new to sweeping so haven't learned all the things i need to know.

Heres my problem:

I used my grandsons email, his name etc and my daughters email as parents email to enter the contest at Campbell's Rule the Park Slurpstakes.
Well he won 2 movie tickets, and me not thinking since my daughter would be getting email I didn't write down any of the verifications.
I talked to my grandson and told him he won.
As of today my daughter has not gotten the email from them.
My son won 2 days later and email came within about 2 minutes.

Any Advice?

Congrats on the wins! From previous contests I recall that Campbells's puts up a winning screen when you win and also sends you a confirmation email. If you did not get the confirmation email, try contacting Campbell's by email to see if they can confirm your win. The more information you have for them (name of entrant, time of win, etc...) the easier it will be for them to research your claim. Good luck!
