ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY: The Scotties Home Sweet HypoAllergenic Home Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes starts on 10/15/07 at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 12/31/07 (Promotion Period). There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) During the Promotion Period, find the UPC code on specially marked packages of Scotties Facial Tissues (while supplies last) and go to www.purescotties.com (Website) to enter your email address, UPC Code and complete the online registration form. All UPC Codes must be entered via the Website no later than 11:59 P.M ET on 12/31/07. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, receipt of an Internet entry occurs when Sponsors servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the Submit Entry button. Sponsors computer will act as the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified; OR (2) For entry without purchase, hand print your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) and daytime phone number on a 3 x 5 card/paper, and mail in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Scotties Home Sweet HypoAllergenic Home Sweepstakes, P.O. RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible online and mail-in entries received, to be held on or about January 15, 2008, by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone/email or via courier at the number/address/email address provided at the time of entry, three (3) to five (5) business days after the random drawing. If any potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
