Prizes from rules:

(1) GRAND PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize will be awarded with a trip package, up to $40,000, includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to (5) travel companions from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city determined by winner; accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel (if applicable); various activities depending on selected city; and travel agent services. The Grand Prize winner will also be provided with a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax GrossUp Payment will be $10,000. The Grand Prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Grand Prize could exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. ARV: $50,000.00.
