Rules for posting in Latest or New Sweepstakes forums?

I have already submitted a few sweepstakes to http://www.sweepsadvantage.com/add.php?cat=

Am I able to post them in Latest or New Sweepstakes forums as well? It seems like only a few people post all the threads in that forum.

I'll usually post when I've submitted after the cutoff and/or it's an IW sweeps but if you've added/submitted and the promo is listed, no, no need to also post - it's considered spamming the board & posts will be removed, ty for asking!
