I received the following Email today. I went to the main page at :https://www.getintheplayoffs.com and typed in my phone number and sure enough I won something as the form to collect my prize appeared (it didn't before). The only problem is that I have no clue if I won a top prize or one of the smaller prizes. I can say that I called in to the number once a few days ago and was told that I didn't win an instant win prize and haven't thought about the site till I received the email today.:
