has anyone that won this one heard from them - I am going crazy - I did not mail the form but I did fax it (3 times/just to make sure) because the form said I could fax - now I am thinking that was a bad thing to do - oh well, if I did wrong then that is an expensive lesson - won't do it again
 
My husband faxed his and hasn't heard from them yet. We aren't worried. They'll mail us one card per month like it says, I'm sure. But, if you're concerned, I'd call the number on the letter and verify that they received the fax!
 
I won a different one last year and I faxed the affy back. I was nervous too, but the prize arrived about 8 weeks after they said it would. Be patient. I hope it arrives soon.
 
I won this too but I sent mine back USPS (with delivery confirmation or something like that!)

If anyone gets there's please let us know. I wonder if they are really going to torture us by sending one at a time. What a pain!
