roboform won't fill over 'email'

I downloaded the latest update for robo form the other day. Now on the entry forms that have what goes in each blank written in the blank (ie: where email goes it says email, where address goes it says address etc) robo form won't fill. :cussing: I tried setting my computer back to the day before I downloaded the update but couldn't get the roboform tool bar to show in Firefox, which I use for sweeping. :error: Does anyone know how I can get the tool bar to show, or how I can get my previous version of robo form back? :scratch: This problem has really slowed down my sweeping. thanks in advance!
 
hi. i figured it out. i can go from window to window now.

i'm not having any trouble with the fill in portion. you can send a email to roboform and ask them to trouble shoot it for you. they have always gotten back to me in the past when issues have come up.
 
I had the 'fill and submit empty fields only' place clicked so it wouldn't overwrite the words within the blanks. I tried unclicking it in the options menu but it didn't seem to fix it but when I would hover my cursor over my name in my roboform tool bar it came up and I unchecked it. If I remember right I had to go out of SA, get rid of cookies etc and then come back in to SA and all was good.
