I'm not sure if this is the proper area for this thread but I wanted to make sure everyone that uses Robo Pro sees it. I noticed several folks in another thread mentioned they write their codes and upc's on paper to keep track. If you enter directly from your Robo logins on your toolbar like I do, safenotes are very helpful to use. When you have a sweeps that uses several upc numbers or like the Quick N Simple site where you need a code word everyday to enter, you can make a safenote and name it the same as your sweepstakes that coordinates with it. Then just do a simple copy and paste of them to the safenote. That way, you don't have to worry about losing your papers with all your notes and codes written down or going to the sweeps websites and doing a search everyday.
To make a safenote:
Click on your Robo icon on your toolbar, mouse over safenotes and then click new. When that window pops up just name it like you did for the sweeps passcard it goes with. For example, I name mine like this,
2007-10-31 Quick N Simple Daily This is the expiration date and the name of the sweeps.
I use folders in my Roboform and have one named Daily and I save the passcard and the safenote under daily. Of course if it is for an instant then I put it in that folder. When you need to access the safenote just mouseover the safenote from the icon like when you made it and choose the proper folder. Or, you can customize your Robo toolbar so the button for safenotes is accessible there.
I hope this is helpful information for someone and not a repeat of someone else's. I looked at the Robo thread and didn't see anything about safenotes there before I wrote this.
