Roboform Pro - Just bought it, now what?

I've finally bought Roboform Pro, and am not sure where to go from here. Green's old Help & Hints thread seems to be defunct, so I don't have that for reference.

I would like to utilize Pro to the best of its ability. Can someone give me some tips?
