Returning affidavts

I was wondering when returning an affidavit to Eprize do any of you believe that there is a best way to do it such as a 11" x 15" priority mail envelope or maybe delivery Confirmation. Or do any of you feel just a plain first class mail envelope is sufficient.

If I do decide to send it regular mail, I always call to confirm that they did receive it.

While I've only ever had to return one affy, I did wonder during that situation: I was out of town when the Priority Mail envelope came. I was cutting it close on time when I finally had my hands on the affidavit which required notarization. The provided paperwork offered a fax number. Would a stamped, notarized affy fax properly? (I'm just curious for when I win the big one :laughing
