WE GAVE OUT CANDY AND WAS ALL READY AND NO ONE SHOWED UP !!! OUR LIGHT WAS ON.

I didn't have a single trick-or-treater either...more candy for me :laughing:

It's really kind of sad though...I enjoyed it so much as a kid. I love seeing the little ones in their costumes, but this year I didn't get to enjoy that.

I was all ready, 3x5 card set to go. We never get trick or treaters (live on a dark dead end road).

Heard a knock at the door a little after 8pm. I'm all excited thinking maybe I won. Go to the door and its trick or treaters.

I was excited we got trick or treaters but not as excited as I would have been if it had been Hostess at my door.

I was ready to go with my 3x5 card but I took my 11 month old trick or treating. We live in a rural suburb of Chicago so I can see my house from all the houses we went to. Everytime a car came down the block I was checking out to see who it was, prepared to make a mad dash back...LOL. Oh well, I got exhausted just trick or traeting...imagine if I had to run back to hand over my 3x5 card....
