Refer & Win Question

I read the rules and such, and I am just a bit confused. Is a portable DVD player and 5 dvd's given out every month for the best refer'ers if thats a word???? I just added the links to refer from me to my email, and on my sig at aVERY popular forum for a PC game, and i've already got 6 today!

Is there a winner/winners every month????
