Question on Mycoke sweep

Hello,
I have a quick question. I have been playing the Sprint bring home the green and I really love this sweep. My cousin now wants to play. The only thing is she is my roommate so we have the same address but nothing else is the same. Its says two instant wins per person not per home. Does that mean she can play too? Does it matter that she is a relative?
Thanks in advance! I am a newbie I am going to use this excuse for a few more months until I stop having soooo many questions.

Good question, is my husband allowed to have his own account? He never signed up because, we assumed it was 1 per household. He would only use it for sweeping though since he gives me the codes.
