Question about UPS & FEDEX delivery notice

So I am signed up for both, but I can't seem to figure out a rhyme or reason as to when they do/don't send notices. I didn't get one when my Fedex package from my trip win arrived (I didn't have to sign though, so is that why?) but I did get one from UPS for a package, but I didn't have to sign for that either. Can someone please tell me when they send (or don't send) a notice? TIA! :crazytongue:

I have been receiving all of my notices form UPS, but I haven't received any from Fed-Ex. I thought maybe I did something wrong when I signed up. So, your not the only one not receiving Fed-Ex notices :scratch:

There was another thread about this. Apparently, there is a grade of shipping from UPS that some companies use that will not count for notifications. I am signed up for notifications and one or two have come to me without notifications. I didn't know Fedex had a notification service!

FedEx will alert you only when the letter or package requires a signature....
