Question about Hawaiin Tropic instant win game

i went to go play today and it said "You can only win once.", when i played yesterday i didn't get a congratulations screen
I checked my email junk ,make sure i didn't accidently miss it, but , there was no congratulations email,
were you able to play today?
and does anyone know if they are sending a code or a gift certificate?

A lot of people are having issues with this game, it has so many bugs in it. Now it won't even ask me for my email or anything to log in, just tells me I didn't win. The first day it told me I won and then when I filled out my info it said I lost.
