My question is concerning possible win on Guinness Blonde American Summer Sweeps. I received e-mail congrats from them on winning, they needed age verification, ID uploaded through the e-mail. Second e-mail now requests I copy and fill out affidavit, 1099 and W-9, take picture of each completed form and send pictures to same American Summer sweeps through e-mail. Is this what is normally done or sometimes done? I thought these things were done through physical mail, but I don't really know. I am leery of sending my info this way. Please help with advice

They had me fax in the past

Thank you for the reply and the info. Very helpful, I just wasn't sure about how those forms were turned in.

Sorry - meant to add I'm unfamiliar with the JA {SNIPP, INC} and that uploading pictures of your info sounds like it expedites the process & should be fine.
