I won some nice things from the Push West Game. However there are problems everyone should know about. I noticed that right before Thanksgiving my prizes were no longer showing up on the Marlboro sweepstakes website, (this is when I went over the 600 mark). I was receiving the emails that I was still winning prizes, but when I called Marlboro they couldn't see the prizes on their end. I called them at least 10 times trying to find out why, no one could answer it. A few reps at Marlboro said they suspended awarding prizes a few times during the contest due to the problems with the app, another rep said they didn't do the monthly drawing as well but would make it up at the end. I am not sure if this information is correct as each rep had a different answer, but said I would receive a call back from their higher departments (never did though). I am curious if anyone here won a monthly prize from them?

I called helloworld (they don't answer so left a voice mail) and sent in a few emails. Finally I received an email back from HW asking for a list of the prizes I had won but not yet received. It seems that things on their end are all messed up and way backlogged. If anyone has any questions on all of this please feel free to ask, I will be happy to help if I can. I will post another note once I get a response from HW.

All in all not bad, I'm just waiting on 90% of the prizes
 
I had similar issues. I won about 10 Zippo lighters and 7 Coleman 6-can coolers. I noticed that when you have twenty items in the cue on the website it doesn't show any more of them. I sent the confirmation emails to [email protected] along with an explanation of what I had received and they replied that I will still receive my prizes. Oh, and yes, I did get notice yesterday that I won the monthly prize. The person who said you need a 1099 filled out before they send the other items may not be correct though.
 
I won a few things, but had to replace my phone about half way through the promotion. Unfortunately, my new phone was already running the Android marshmallow update, and the Marlboro sweepstakes site didn't support it. When I did the instant chat thing with them about it, they were aware of the problem, but had no idea when it would be corrected. Answer was; not yet. Congratulations to everyone who did win on this promotion, though.
 
I have the Fed ex app and it says I have a few labels made from Marlboro sweepstakes and I haven't got any notice that I have won anything. Do you think I should call them and find out? Plus can they tell you what you have won?
 
Greetings and WTG on winning the monthly prize! I wondered, am curious, if they notified you of the monthly prize win by email or FedEx, and, did they say for which month of the contest you won that prize? Thanks!
