Each receipt can only be uploaded once. Then, during the Promotion Period, visit the Website and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). Then, follow the links and instructions to upload the image of your receipt. Once your receipt has been validated, you will receive a $5 PetSmart gift card (the “Offer”). Then, during the Purchase Period, continue to make Qualifying Purchases and upload your receipt(s) during the Promotion Period via the Website. For every additional $20 spent on Qualifying Purchases in a single transaction or multiple transactions, you will receive an additional $5 PetSmart gift card (the “Offer”). Each Participant’s first purchase during the Purchase Period must include $20 worth of Qualifying Purchases on (1) receipt to earn an Offer.

Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. 7. Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email or phone. The potential Grand Prize and First Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize.
