There is something I don't understand about Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes. You go to the sweepstakes page, you know, the one with all different sweeps, everything from cash to trucks, etc. Now, other than a few exceptions, these same sweepstakes have been on there for years. Do they just run the same sweeps over and over again? I don't get how that works.
 
Basically, yeah. If you read the rules more closely, most of the prizes are in what they call a "prize pool." All the other stuff is just window-dressing to make it look more fun. And playing as many as possible gets you tokens, which are also used for sweeps that are on a recurring basis.
