Problems with sweeps screens going blank

Everytime I sign into sweepsadvantage on any computer the screen comes up blank I have to refresh it several times to get it back my laptop, my cousins computer and the home computetr , can anyone tell how to solve this or is it a problem on the other end.
 
do all these computers have the site bookmarked or are you typing in the site address? also the site has been set up to recognize your computer , if you use another computer the system wont let you log-in right away and needs you to try a few times to recognize and verify who you are.
 
This could be Internet, ISP or Cache related. Please logout from SA, navigate to Yahoo or some other site and empty your temporary internet files, go back to SA and log back in.

SA is hosted/load balanced across multiple web and application servers, sometimes members get stuck to a server that is in maintenance. Using the method below would force a redirection to a healthy server host.
This is due to tcp-ip and or dns persistence. :error:

If this does not work it could be what Master Lee suggested below. :wave:
