Problem with Priceless Mastercard contest

I have tried this one in IE and FF, and except for the first time , have not been able to get all the way thru. Sometimes 4 sometimes 6, but never 10, and anyway it is sloooooow. I think they want you to get hung up on their page, so you can just sit and look at their ad.

you never know about programmers, what I have done is after I get the maessage that the script may cause your comp to freeze I stop the script and exit out and come back and I can usually finish out the rest of the game as it has me already logged in @ that time or I just come back later and it has me as logged in then.

I tried refreshing, and it worked.
 
I've gotta say, though, as a person who won on this game ...

My winning screen said I'd be contacted in 5 business days by phone or email. Today makes 9 business days, 2 emails from me to them, and absolutely no word at all back.

Perhaps the problems with this contest go well beyond the game portion not working well!

It's also possible that the winning screen was a glitch. Many of us have been through that before--about seven times for me now. I hope it wasn't a glitch.

I blame these problems on the interaction between the Flash updates and browser security updates. Browsers are getting over the top making security checks on web pages and Flash is getting busier and busier causing the browser to slow down and problems to arise.

I've had glitch ones before, but usually in those cases (1) lots of people get them and (2) when you go to play again, it doesn't say you can't because you've already won (which this one does).

I don't doubt that I've won; I just think that the administrators are not on the ball.

It's all computerized, so they might not even notice until the end of the sweepstakes. Emails inquiries usually go to some nitwit in customer service that doesn't know much of anything. In the Barcardi one, they had to award something to all the thousands of false winners; because their customer service people stupidly responded to email inquiries that "you did win" (verification).

That's why it sometimes is difficult to get a response. Maybe, try finding a different person to email that would be more helpful because of their position.
 
I was having difficulty, so I changed my email address and password and it worked for a few days. I'm now having problems again to (FLASH).
 
annielouise - How did you figure out who to email? When i clicked on the contact link in the rules, there was no addy??? :scratch:


Maybe snail them instead?
