Problem with a sweep?

I am having a problem with the Herbal Essence Instant sweep (Great Escape, Little Escape) I enter all my info and it still keeps saying every field must be filled out I, have tried several times in the past three days and no luck even submitted my escape gift card suggestion but it wont take. Is anyone else having this problem?

I did that one early last evening, and it went through fine.

This sweep look really similar to their last one. It's possible that your computer stored some information from the old contest that is intering with the new one. Try the ol' "dump your temp files and cookies" trick to see if that clears up the problem.

Nope, no problem here. You are checking the box for: I confirm compliance with the promotion rules and declare that if I am under legal age, I have parental consent to enter.* and entering the code, right?

It IS a resource intensive sweeps - maybe update java/macromedia?
