Prize delivery trip won in Dec.

It sucks, because I wanted to go to Alaska, but they stop traveling there in August and you have to book by the spring!

I contacted Alaska Air and let's see if they answer.

Just hope they don't go belly up like others have been doing. Maybe, you also want to check how they're doing. You never know if they're having problems. That would definitely explain not getting the credit yet.
My thoughts exactly. I had Frontier Air travel miles, and as soon as they announced their bankruptcy I booked a trip. Hello, I must be going.

Now that I've been waiting for almost 9 months, and still nothing, I finally took the initiative and started chasing these people down for the prize.

I filed a complaint with the Washington state consumer affairs bureau, and wrote a letter to Alaska's CEO, sending along a printout of my prize-winning email. I mentioned that the lack of prizing and communication reflects very poorly on the company. Contacting ePrize gets me nowhere; they ignored me 5 times already.

I'll keep everybody up to date on my developments regarding this prize.

I am so sorry that you are still waiting and that they are ignoring your emails. I would have done the same thing. I wish you lot's of luck.
 
Something similar happened to me when I won airline tickets through Northwest. It took forever for them to get here, and the expiration date was soon, and they only were good to go to limited places, and they wouldn't let you use their smaller carriers. I ended up not getting to use them. If they'd send them sooner, I could've tried longer....big disappointment.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. I'd be so angry too as you're approaching the end of the deadline to use them :cussing:

Just wondering whatever happened with this? I won 2 tickets on Southwest Airlines Nobody cleans like the maids sweepstakes the beginning of June and still nothing. the tickets have to be used by December 28th so time is running out since the rules say you have to give Southwest 6 weeks!
