I did a search of the forums to see if anyone mentioned this already and came up with nothing. Fox announced Prison Break is cancelled.
Prison Break has been sentenced to life -- off the air.
Fox announced Tuesday that the current season of the show, which has been airing on the network for four years, will be its last Entertainment Weekly columnist Michael Aussiello reported on Tuesday.
"Prison Break had a hell of a run but it's at the end of its run," Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly said at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in L.A. "We'll put that one in the win column."

The final season will return April 17 at 8 p.m. EST for the last of its episodes.
"It just played out," Reilly explained. "We want to finish strong."
Prison Break first premiered in 2005.

Bummer. I liked Prison Break. It was so complex, much like Lost...that you really had to watch every episode to see what happened to whom. It seems like everyone in Prison Break was screwing-over everyone else on the show.
