Printable coupon wins

What happens if you win a free item but can't print the coupon? I won the jar of Pace salsa on the laptop, but the computer is connected to the desktop. It looks like I have to forgo this win. :cussing:
 
Email them, and they'll send you a coupon. They actually sent me two $2.00 off coupons. I also let them know that there were no stores around here that would take a "freebie" internet coupon.
 
We have some stores that will take internet coupons but not for "free" products. Years ago, people were committing copyright fraud (scan and copy) with them; and companies went after them threatening legal action.

This is the first time in a long time that I've seen a company give out printable free product coupons. I'm really surprised they don't just mail them out like everyone else.
 
I had a problem at the supermarket yesterday when I tried to get my free Kraft products. The cashier wouldn't take the coupons for the free items, but a visit with the manager got me my stuff. The paper had the win announcement all over it and the company address so it looked pretty legit.

I wasn't able to do anything with the salsa freebie. They should tell you in advance you have to be hooked up to a printer.

I have the same problem, so I contacted them:

If you contact the company on the web page they will send you coupons in the mail. It took less than a week to receive After you play, top right

I just wish they would've answered my email about # of wins - rules say 1 per HH, so we only claimed the 1, but got numerous winning screens & people are posting they've won more than 1x and received all of them? :scratch:

Oh well - Love the coupons, but really going for that monthly prize!!! :laughing:

I had thought that too, but it's not in the rules.

It just says:

Limit one (1) instant win Game play per person/email address per day during the Promotion Period.

I also won the pace coupon and emailed them that day andthey responded the very next day and i got my two $2 coupons in the mail in about a week. i was very pleased!
 
So far this hasn't worked out for me. I emailed them days ago about the coupon, but haven't heard back. Had I been able to print the coupon for the free salsa, the store wouldn't take them.
 
my first win, it allowed me to print up the coupon, after that , it wouldn't allow me to print up the other win. so i never claimed it , thinking that you were only allowed one win per coupon.
 
I have been able to print two wins but had to print them in different months. Won twice in December printed one in December could not print the other until January.

They finally got back to me today, and mentioned I will be getting a free product coupon that can be used for several Campbell's products. I let them know that people are having problems using printed coupons for free products.

I think that's only because it's their customer service department dealing with this when normally it would be the people involved in the running of the sweepstakes.

They sent me two $2.00 off coupons.

If you can print them up, then you can get more than one coupon.
