I will admit there are days when I don't feel very Christ like. I let that human nature get control of my thoughts and I don't want to be kind or loving or giving. The thing is though I know where those thoughts come from and they are not from Jesus. When we have days like this (and we will) let's remember we are not perfect but as long as we have the Holy Spirit to get us back on track, we can get through the bad days. Let's lift each other up in prayer so that the bad days are few and far between. Amen

If you want to have a great day each day stay focused on the presence of Christ. When we were born again he became the center of our life and he now lives in us. Because he lives in us he is always with us. It doesn't get any better than that. No matter the situations we face, we never face them alone. Have a Blessed day.
It's very hard letting go of our children. In order for them to be able to figure things out on their own we have to trust God and give them what they need to succeed in life. God has to do the same thing with us (his children) by letting us learn from whatever choices we make. Just like God we never stop loving our babies but we let them spread their wings.

If we talk the talk we better walk the walk. How many profess to be Christians but their actions speak differently. Too often I hear the words I believe in God but I don't see any fruit. When we become born again we become a new creature. we put off the old rags and we become new. Examine your walk with Christ while there is still time.

Forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could have been different.
This is not my quote but it is a good one. We have such a hard time forgiving those who have wronged us. I find it helps me to remember that I also need to be forgiven for some things I have done. I have forgiven but I have to do it more than once for it to sink in. With God's help I just keep my focus on him and that is the only way I am able to forgive.
