Sorry, maybe this is a dumb question (I am not always the person who reads directions before trying to put something together...I'm working on it, I swear!), but why can't I add new FB sweeps to "my sweepstakes" when I am in SweepstakesPlus? (There is no way to remove it from my sweeps either.) The option isn't there, but the box on the right to check off is there.

Not sure what you are asking? Logged in to PLUS, instead of "Add to My Sweepstakes", you should have the categories YOU created in the drop down and FB *should* be your 1st choice.
 
OK - so by choosing that category, I am adding it to "my sweepstakes"? I need to go back & do some research, sorry...

Also, apparently my 3 day SP membership is up (was thru 9-12), and I am not being allowed to log into SP...I already provided my credit card info, so I'm not sure what's going on...

So you did the 3 day trial and then ordered when - just now? :scratch:

I'll notify Ken, but I'm not sure if they process them or have a service do it, so you *might* have to wait a few hours - at least he's on EST so it won't be a long wait!!!

And when you get PLUS, make sure you Logout from SA and then navigate to www.sweepstakesplus.com and login

I'm not sure here - maybe it's like when you rent a car/video/etc., you have to give the CC info so IF you break it, you bought it? :scratch:

But I would think, since it's a free 3 day trial, that you would have to initiate it to make it the paid version of PLUS - it doesn't happen automatically.

I'm excited to say I'm a new to this and after some dedicated time, I've won my first item! It may be small, but I'm still excited - its a Real Steel DVD!

Anyway, the claim form asks for my SS number. I wanted some feed back as to whether or not this is normal. The site I registered with and all the emails have seemed extremely legit, but I am trying to be cautious to not be scammed.

I am on a Mac using safari and Firefox. I have turned off my popup blocker on both browsers. I have checked the entered box and clicked on "save my Sweeps", but still nothing when I go to my Sweeps. Any suggestions. Thanks

When you look at new sweeps and find one you want to enter, you have to click the "add to my sweeps" button below the sweep description.
It might look like this: Entry Category : Daily Sweepstakes
Add to My Sweepstakes | Report Problem | Refer | Post

Signing up for newsletters DOES NOT increase your chances of winning. The only time that it would is if you receive an extra entry for signing up (alot of blog contests use this). Also although it does not increase your chances, some sweeps will require you to sign up for their newsletter to enter.

Hi guys! Just wondering what time you usually enter your daily contests? do you have a specific time? have you had better luck at one time than another - this goes for instant wins too! Thanks!

I don't have a set time for anything. The best time is anytime. It's not when you enter, it's you can't win if you don't enter. Best of luck to you! Welcome to SA!

Sweeping is a hobby that is all about timing. Especially for those elusive instants! IF you enter at the exact right moment, you will win.

If not? Sad to say you won't. But I assure you - it's nothing personal, and those who win a lot don't have any "secrets" - they are just consistent, persistent, and patient.
