Last night I posted how I won a 2month subscription to Netflix. Per the win an email was supposed to have been sent confirming the win. I never got the email.
The sad part is I was using my Netbook when I won and when I clicked the clink to access NetFlix and sign up the Pop-Up Blocker kicked in and reload the page for the PopSecret contest. So I lost the code for the Free 2 Months.
Any suggestions as to what to do?????????????????????? Since it is now going on 12PM and I won late last night and I have no confirmation ............................
this empathizes the importance of doing a screen capture and pasting to a Word document.
I had the same problem when I won (popup), luckily I had done a screen capture. I opened netflix.com, wasn't sure what the prize was exactly so called customer service (Netflix). I never received an email from PopSecret
I researched prizelogic.com but all information there relates to clients (sweeps sponsors) not players. My suggestion would be to contact PopSecret. www.popsecret. lower right of screen Contact Us. The form relates to a product but does not require a UPC. So it's worth a shot. Tell them same as your post and date and time of win. Hopefully they will be able to help.

I won at 10:55am CST this morning too. It's almost 3 hrs later and I still don't have an email confirmation either. I did write down the code though and took a screen shot to be safe. I'm so glad I did. It seems that only half of the paople who win this prize are actually getting the comf email from prizelogic.
