My daughter is going with me and she is so excited! First Trip win in a long long time, Since Marlboro sweepstakes Ranch.

Congratulations on being selected as a potential sweepstakes winner in Pepsi’s Press Play on Summer Sweepstakes.

Upon completion and return of the required documents attached, you will be awarded one (1) Sweepstake Prize consisting of a Trip for two (you & (1) guest) to Los Angeles to attend a Bad Bunny Concert. The trip is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2024 – Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Attached you will find three (3) documents required to confirm your eligibility. These documents are required to be completed and returned back to [email protected] on or before 6:00 PM EST on Friday, February 09,2024 to accept your prize.

WINNER AFFIDAVIT FORM
  • This form is to be completed by you, the winner
  • This form must be notarized. A notary public is typically available at a local bank, law or insurance office.
  • Please return this form with a picture or copy of your Photo ID

FORM W9
  • This form is to be completed by you, the winner

GUEST TRAVEL RELEASE FORM
  • This form is to be completed by your travel guest
  • Please return this form with a picture or copy of the guest’s Photo ID

Once your paperwork is received, you will be contacted via phone to begin travel arrangements. In the meantime, here are the details of the Prize Package:

Flyaway trip to CITY, ST to attend a Bad Bunny Concert
Trip Dates: Tuesday, March 12, 2024 – Thursday, March 14, 2024.
  • Round Trip coach airfare for Winner & Guest
    • One (1) Standard double occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights
    • $500 Uber Gift Card to be used for transportation to/from the airport, hotel, and Bad Bunny Concert
    • (2) Tickets to a Bad Bunny Concert on 03/13/2024
    • $300 Spending Cash (provided in the form of a check, made out to the winner
