Do you have your PayPal linked to your bank account? It doesn't say you have to in the rules, but the email I received after I won the $5.00 instant win said you do have to. "You must have a U.S. PayPal account that is linked to your bank account in order to receive, access, and use the prize. A prize will not be awarded to a winner with a locked, closed or restricted account." I went back to the rules and couldn't find this in the rules, just in the email they sent.
