I just "won" the same thing and then read the small print. My prize will cost me $11.99 a month after the first three "free" months if I don't remember to cancel the membership. This is no different than the promo they've been running of three free months if you subscribe. Same offer in different dressing. Very disappointed in Panera. A prize to me is something with no strings attached.
