On the Prowl Sweepstakes Grand Prize

So excited! First Grand Prize from On the Prowl Sweepstakes. AVR $945...2 tickets, 2 VIP passes, 2 Parking for the Jacksonville vs. Houston 12/22. Looks like I am going to a Jag NFL Game this Sunday!!! I do have a question, eprize emailed me a declaration form and said it must be received in 2 days. They only have a mail address -- do I have to pay to overnight? I sent an email, but they said they would not get back for 3 days...

any advice?

Fill out the form and get it notarized if it needs to be. Then scan it and send it back to them as an e-mail attachment.
