My sister came to the hospital wearing 'Amazing Grace' by philosopy and now I am addicted to it! I wear it all the time. It smells so clean ~ I just love it. Is there any perfumes or cologne that you just can't go without? This is more expensive than I usually buy ~ I usually get the $2.99 bottles of Dark Vanilla when they are out at Christmas

For men's cologne ~ I love Lagerfield (OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!) and Obsession! I know they are oldies ~ but they still are the best as far as I am concerned!!

Ping: don't you just love that stuff. I have become a huge fan of all Philosophy products. Go to QVC and ever once in a while you can get a bargain. There products just basically never go on sale. I checked out some of the new scents when I was at our Sephora store this weekend and ahhhhhhhh, I would take ten baths a day just to chill out in a tub full of that stuff.

I bought the set from QVC! It had the perfume, Shampoo/Body Wash, and lotion! I love this stuff! I went to eBay and bought the roll on perfume! They have some really good deals on there! You need to check it out. That is where I am buying my refills out ~ I can get it a lot cheaper through ebay than through QVC. I just love it when I catch a whiff of it...it just smells so good.

Now I have to say that I hate the new stuff ~ 'Falling in love' ~ my sister bought it and to me it smells like lemonade and cotton candy mixed up. Just not my thing!

 I had always wanted to try Amazing Grace, so I bought the 8 pc. today special on QVC back in Oct.
Well as soon as I received it I BECAME TOTALLY ADDICTED!! I bought another kit they had with the body butter
in Nov., I couldn't help myself.... It's my #1 favorite scent now.

I did smell the Falling in Love at my friends house, because she told me about it and I didn't like it, a little too sweet.

:sunny:

I like honey suckle from bath and body works and plumeria by bath and body works.

I still love ivory soap, to bad thats not a perfume/lotion. I would buy it. :crazytongue: Or eat it. jk

On me, all the Philosophy products smell like bug spray. Its my skin...I do better with strong oriental/woody fragrances like Attar, Sandalwood...and, of course, Pine Tar Soap

I really like Origins Ginger and I have some nice Escada in a tall bottle. Some of the cheap colognes are nice but they seem to lose potency sooner.

 Would YOU believe Im still a honeysuckle & ROSE pefume LOVER... I cant get enough of those whiffs Or ISLANDER or WHITE ISLANDER or White MUSK OR ding dong RED DOOR... I try to make my Truck & my car & my house SMELL like like all the ABOVE.. I spray the pillows & furnature & anything PORUS that will ABSORB ... Lamp Shades ect... AND I aLSO Q DO you??? LOL  I LOVE the BIGGGG rugssss..

It is funny that some perfume will smell so good on some people and stink on me!!! So I know what you are talking about Red!!

Yes, I Q, too!!

I have been "addicted" to Red, by Giorgio, ever since it came out, some time in the 1980s. I buy it twice a year - that's all I can afford to do, so I put it on when my hubby takes me out to dinner or some special occassion.

But, Red is "on the way out," I'm afraid  It used to be in the department stores (Dillard's, Macy's, etc.), but they don't carry it anymore. But, the good news for me is, Walgreens carries it now - and at a less expensive price (but it's still more than I can afford - I wear it to church now, as well as special occassions).

Funny story - when my youngest son was married in 1996, my new daughter-in-law asked me what scent I wore, because she loved it and wanted to buy it, too. Before I could get the words out, my son said, "I don't want you to smell like my mother!!" :sunny: Made sense - but both my daughter-in-law and I started to laugh until we couldn't stop

Look on eBay ~ you can probably find some good deals ~ I can still find new bottles of Forever Krystle on there and I haven't been able to find it on the shelves in years!

I have a huge perfume fetish...i have about 7 different perfumes that I love...but right now I am addicted to Provacative Woman by Elizabeth Arden I have had people stop me in bars and on the street to ask me what perfume I am wearing because they love it. Usually I can only buy it at the big department stores but I see Walmart now stocks it at almost $10 less than at the other stores :nono:

My favorites are Clinique "Happy" and Jessica McClintock. Both smell so light and fresh, and I just love, love, love them!! I get so many compliments when I wear the Jessica McClintock - people always sniff me twice and say "oh my god, you smell sooooo good". I like that

My friend wears Vera Wang Princess, and I tried some on in the store, but it doesn't smell good on me at all, but it smells awesome on her. Isn't it funny how our skin makes such a difference with perfumes?

Sometimes I wear White Diamonds, which the guys really seem to love. I used to wear Passion (Elizabeth Taylor).

Don't forget to check stores like Marshalls, and TJ Maxx. I found a bottle of JOY in TJ Maxx for 35.00 ! WOW. A 2oz bottle is 225.00 at Macy's. You better believe I snatched that sucker up.

My Momma would only wear White Shoulders ~ everything else gave her a migraine! I packed the last bottle that she had around in my purse for a year. When I would get really upset I would take it out and either spray it on me or just smell of it! Then I finally took it out of my purse and I have put it up on my computer desk so I can see it all the time! I love White Shoulders also!!

You would love my mom and my niece. I won a ton of magazine subscriptions in the MSN contest last year. So, we get Cosmo Girl, Marie Claire, Esquire sent to the house on a monthly basis. My mom and niece sit there and tear out the perfume sniffy things and they sample all the free samples in the magazine. It smells like a perfume factory for a couple of days.

I happen to like the Vera Wang princess one. i liked the way that one smelled.

My favorite at the moment is Tiffany. I called in a freebie sample, and fell in love with the stuff. I couln't believe how little you need, and the scent lasts forever. I loved it so much, I ended up ordering a bottle on their website. It's pricey, but worth it.
