i just got notification from ball park franks that i'm a finalist in the "great moments in guy time" contest ($200 a week in groceries for a year and $4600 cash for a total ARV $15,000!!)

i peruse this site daily, thank you for all of the motivation and entries:)

voting begins on monday july 2nd...do you think it's ok if i ask for votes on the forum here? i know i'm a newbie but i'd really, really appreciate it!

oh and the 9 runner ups automatically get a new grill, grill tool set, and 5 coupons for free ball park franks! so i'm a winner either way, but i'd love that grand prize! lol:)

BTW I would give my right arm to win a nook or kindle. I am confined to home with cancer and I live on a fixed income and can't afford one, and reading is something I really enjoy.

How do I start adding and making friends?

i really can't believe it. it's a facebook voting, so i will be sure to post it. i really really hope we win as it would be AMAZING for our family.

i just started sweeping a few months ago and this is really the first thing that's been huge...and it's really huge! lol. thanks again for the kind responses.
