RELEASE: By entering the Game, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and any of its promotional partners, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Game or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Game, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
CONDITIONS: All game plays become the property of Sponsor and will in no event be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence shall be entered into. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations or entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Game, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify multiple game plays per day from the same person, or game plays made through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method, or game plays made through any third-party website, and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Entries void if Game Code is obtained outside authorized, legitimate channels or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, printers and advertising and promotion agencies are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, printer, hardware, software or programming malfunctions or errors or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process game plays; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, including inability to access the Website, submit game plays, or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Website, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Game. If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which Sponsor deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game and select the winners randomly from eligible game plays received prior to the action or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor shall post notice of such action on the Website.
