NWA Vacations Question

I won the 20,000 airline points on the 23rd of February and the screen said they would contact me in 2 weeks. 2 weeks was Saturday so I wrote to the address in the contact us spot. First they said the points would be in my account 6-8 weeks after the game ends. I wrote back and asked about the affy and my membership number. They said I need contact NWA.
How do I contact them? I mean who would I ask for? I don't want to lose this prize and don't really know what to do.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I would contact the person you have been dealing with and ask them for the contact name at NWA

Best of luck! :sunny:

I know that this post is older, but thought I would throw in my 2 pennies worth since I am an active NWA WorldPerks member and figure maybe someone else will find it useful ...

First... you need to set yourself up a mileage account at NWA. It is easy to do if you don't already have one.
http://www.nwa.com/home.html
and fill out the stuff for WorldPerks. The people at the sweep won't do that for ya.

They can't transfer those miles if you don't have an account.

If you DO already have a WorldPerks account, then the name you give the sweeps people must EXACTLY match the name used on your NWA account.

THEN ... Like Wolfie stated: get back in touch with the sweep sponsor.

And just a little bit of extra info ... You aren't going to be able to do much with just 20,000 miles. Redemptions for free travel start at 25,000 miles. BUT... lately they have been doing promos where you can redeem for $89.00 AND 20,000 miles for a round trip in the continental US.

If it is your desire to somehow accumulate additional miles (without flying) check out these additional sites which allow you to accure NWA miles:

http://www.e-rewards.com/home.do

(survey site where you earn "currency" that you can redeem for miles. Up to 2,000 miles, 4x's per year {new bene as of 3/08, used to be just 2,000/year}. this site is fairly reliable and I have found that I can make enough "currency" to be able to get 6,000 miles per year now. But they tend to stop sending you surveys if your balance gets too high and you haven't been redeeming.)

http://www.e-miles.com/home.do

(AD site where you can get "miles" for watching Ads. {you can get more "miles" for buying from the advertisers} Redeemable in units of 500 miles only on a quarterly basis. this site is run by the same people as the one above, but is less reliable. If you don't buy to earn extra "miles" you will find that you will be lucky to get 1,000 miles over the course of a year.

Over the last 2 1/2 years I have added more than 11,000 miles to my NWA account. I'm holding out to use my miles for an upgrade to 1st class on my next trip to Europe!!!!

Loren :crazytongue:

An appendium: Northwest Airlines has become one of the leaders in the industry for their mileage program. Living in Seattle, I have found their service/mileage program very useful. Primarily they service the West Coast with Asia, but they also partner with KLM and AIRFRANCE for service to Europe. So when I went to Paris last time I got 13,000 miles even though I nevere stepped foot on a NWA flight... groovy!

(LOL: No!!!! I don't work for 'em, I just have had a great experience with 'em) :crazytongue: :crazytongue:
