Newport Win

Won $75. on March 2nd.

March 23rd I received a Visa card, sender Fulfillment Services, Nothing of who, what when, amount etc. Just how to use and link address of how to check balance. I go to link and took forever to log in. It was the Newport win. I can sure use it as April is a 5 weeks month for me.
