Never received the prize

Back in late October or November I won a Nuface System from an instant win sweeps, but I can't remember the name of the sponsor, and I never got a confirmation letter. I did post that I had won that day under the IW comments. I have never received the prize (a $389 value), nor have I heard from them. Can anyone remember the name of the IW? I can't even search for it in the expired sweeps in order to get some sort of address or information. There was just a popup screen that told me I had won the NuFace System. There were numerous other prizes, but only one of each. I would appreciate any info on this. Thanks.
 
:sunny: I don't remember that one. Went to look at your posts to see if there was a clue, but your last post before this one was August 10, 2010. So if you posted it, you posted it at another site. Sorry I couldn't help.
 
I typed nuface in and searched in expired sweeps.Came up with Spaweek that ended Aug 31st.It said Nuface System,but from contest or rules couldn't find any info.......I don't think thats it ,it says 1 entry
 
I actually didn't post the comment in the forum but under the "comments" section of the Instant Win, so it probably wouldn't show up anywhere else. Thanks, though. :)

I won a nuface thing from young and restless but since the screen only flashed for a second I figured it was a glitch I haven't received the item or heard from them.
 
I wrote to the administrator of the sweeps and told them I had won a Nuface system. I mailed the letter last week, so I haven't heard back yet. I'll let you winners know what he says. If people are winning prizes and not receiving them, then something is wrong with this promotion.
