Need help with My Sweeps.....

When I click on the tab to view 'my sweeps' I see the list of all the individual catagories, but they all say "0" next to them, instead of how many sweeps I have saved.

After I enter each sweep, I check off the entry box, and then save it....but nothing ever shows up under My Sweeps. (So far today I have entered 6, 1X only sweeps, and none of them are showing up as saved)

What am I doing wrong?? :scratch:

(I'm not a sweeps plus member)
 
:sunny: Sorry that you are having problems. I know how frustrating that can be when you are trying to get your sweeps done. I have sent a message to Ken.
 
I can't see any of the sweeps I have saved to "My Sweeps" either. Haven't been able to for a couple of weeks now. I just assumed I had to be a plus member to use the feature.

Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Now if we could figure out what it is that we have in common that's keeping us from saving them. :scratch:

By saving it do you mean clicking on 'save my sweeps'? Are you clicking the add link at the botton of each sweeps listing? If you don't click the add link, the sweeps won't go into your list.
 
Right, you have to click the "add to my sweepstakes" link for each listing you want to add to your my sweepstakes list. Checking SweepsCheck only saves the date and time.
 
Just logged into "hairbandgirl" and I don't really see My Sweepstakes has ever been used. I added one listing to your Daily My Sweepstakes list to make sure everything was working ok. I don't see any problems. :)
 
Logged into delimama66 and I see (12) 1 entry my sweepstakes added ( 10 of those expired ) and 1 instant win. Everything looks OK here too. Please make sure you are clicking the "add to my sweepstakes" links and then clicking the "save my sweepstakes" button or letting the auto save pop-up window save it for you.

:wave: :wave: :wave: PICK ME, PICK ME!!!

I always allow the 'auto save pop-up window' to do it for me ... so:

There might be a problem where they have pop-ups blocked for this site which would disable the 'page which saves to my sweeps'. Of course that doesn't explain where they went to in the first place. :scratch:
