modifying post

I went into my post about the spike win and tried to quote thumbelina. I typed my response and hit send. I didnt see my post. I looked at her post and I had hit modify instead of quote and my response was in her post. I went back in and deleted mine. I thought we could only modify are own post. That could be a dangerous thing, being able to modify others post. just curious. thanks

I do not have a modify button, do you have a moderator priviledge because a moderator could modify another persons message such as deleting bad words.

If you started the topic I think there were extra privledges set to all modifying replies. This has been changed.

ok. thanks for taking care of it. While I know most people here are nice and wouldnt do anything ugly to someone elses post I cant speak for people from somewhere else ya know. And that could have been a real mess :laughing:
