Random Drawings: Daily and Weekly Prize winners will be selected in random drawings on or about one (1) business day after the end dates specified in the chart above from among all eligible Entries received prior to the applicable day/week. The Grand Prize winners will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about February 4, 2019 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator who is an independent judging organization. The decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of each day, week, and the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with these Official Rules. Grand Prize Terms and Conditions:
For Exercise Equipment Prize Choices: The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.
For Travel Prize Choice: If the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all documents, fulfill all required conditions as set forth in these Official Rules, including accompanying minor on trip (if applicable). Air transportation must be reserved 21 days in advance. Airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest winner's home to the destination city. DJA Travel, Inc. will coordinate all travel with the Grand Prize winner. Trip must be taken within one (1) year of Grand Prize winner confirmation. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID) in order to travel. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
