CONTEST JUDGING TO CHOOSE FINALISTS: Once all the completed Contest Entry Documents have been received, the Judges (as defined below) will score the eligible Contest Entry Documents based on the Criteria below in order to select up to the top five (5) potential Contest finalists (each, a “Finalist”), subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
  2. What the Judges are looking for: Sponsor’s appointed panel of judges consisting of employees of Sponsor (“Judges”) will score the eligible Contest Entry Documents based on the following criteria (“Criteria”): How well the responses in the questionnaire align with the theme of the contest (HOLIDAY HOME DECORATION i.e., holiday makeover) (30%), potential for holiday décor to complement the interior of the finalist’s house (30%), and potential for holiday décor to complement the exterior of the finalist’s house (30%). Once the judging is complete, the Finalists will be posted on the Website so that the public can vote (the final 10% of the voting total) to help the Judges to choose the Grand Prize Winner. The Judges will make the final decision on the Grand Prize Winner.
  3. TIED ENTRIES: In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the Judges based on the first Criterion – How well the responses in the questionnaire align with the theme of the contest. The decision of the Judges shall be final and binding.
  4. CONSUMER VOTING TO CHOOSE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: During the period commencing at 9:00 AM (PT), October 15, 2018, and ending at 8:59:59 PM (PT), October 19, 2018 (“Voting Phase”), the public will be able to vote for one (1) potential grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) by choosing from the up to five (5) Sponsor-selected Finalists posted on the Website.     [*] Grand Prize Winner must be the owner or renter of a single family residence (the “Residence”) that is located within fifty (50) miles of a major airport to be eligible for this prize. If renting, Grand Prize Winner must have permission in writing from home owner to decorate the Residence. Grand Prize Winner’s Residence may not have HOA restrictions that disallow holiday decoration on the exterior of the home. Residence of Grand Prize Winner must be evaluated by agents of the Sponsor to ensure condition of the Residence is suitable for the home decorating installation. During the duration of the filming, the staff will need to either have access to an enclosed garage for storage purposes, have a large enough driveway to keep a modular storage container, or the winner must live in an area that allows modular storage containers to remain on the street overnight. Dimensions of modular storage container not to exceed 8’W x 8’H x 16’L. If the Residence is deemed unsuitable, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize to an alternate winner. An unsuitable Residence includes but is not limited to a residence with below standard electrical that includes the following electrical requirements: Four (4) interior and four (4) exterior electrical outlets that each support at least 15 amps (120 amps total) that can be used exclusively for decoration purposes, close proximity to neighboring homes, restrictions imposed by a homeowner’s association, if any, construction or design of Residence which may render fastening outdoor decorations hazardous, inadequate liability coverage under Grand Prize Winner’s homeowner’s insurance, is beyond the scope of this Grand Prize or is in any way deemed unsuitable at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Residence could be checked by a licensed electrician as part of the prize and Residence must have 120 amp or larger service. The Sponsor requires that the Grand Prize Winner must make the Residence available for a location scout for one day between the dates of October 20, 2018 and October 25, 2018 for a visit between two (2) to four (4) hours. Grand Prize Winner must make the Residence available for a 72-hour period between the dates of November 5, 2018, and November 9, 2018 for the purposes of home décor installation . This will require individuals to access the exterior grounds and interior of the Residence including, but not limited to design professionals, camera crews, production team, craft services personnel, Home & Family talent, etc. Grand Prize Winner and other residents of the Residence, if needed, must be willing to vacate the property for a period not to exceed 72-hours while the home decoration is taking place. Appropriate lodging selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor will be secured if this is necessary. Grand Prize Winner and other residents of the Residence must make themselves available for on-camera interviews including, but not limited to, a ‘reveal moment’ where the home decorations are seen by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her family for the first time. Removal and striking of the décor is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot or is unwilling to be available, the Grand Prize is subject to forfeiture in its entirety, in which event, Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner agrees to allow the Residence where the Grand Prize is to be installed to be photographed by a photographer appointed by Sponsor before, during, and after the installation of the prize components. SWEEPSTAKES AND CONTEST PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)/PRIZE CONDITIONS:

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS: Grand Prize Winner must be the owner or renter of a single family residence (the “Residence”) that is located within fifty (50) miles of a major airport to be eligible for this prize. If renting, Grand Prize Winner must have permission in writing from home owner to decorate the Residence. Grand Prize Winner’s Residence may not have HOA restrictions that disallow holiday decoration on the exterior of the home. Residence of Grand Prize Winner must be evaluated by agents of the Sponsor to ensure condition of the Residence is suitable for the home decorating installation. During the duration of the filming, the staff will need to either have access to an enclosed garage for storage purposes, have a large enough driveway to keep a modular storage container, or the winner must live in an area that allows modular storage containers to remain on the street overnight. Dimensions of modular storage container not to exceed 8’W x 8’H x 16’L. If the Residence is deemed unsuitable, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize to an alternate winner. An unsuitable Residence includes but is not limited to a residence with below standard electrical that includes the following electrical requirements: Four (4) interior and four (4) exterior electrical outlets that each support at least 15 amps (120 amps total) that can be used exclusively for decoration purposes, close proximity to neighboring homes, restrictions imposed by a homeowner’s association, if any, construction or design of Residence which may render fastening outdoor decorations hazardous, inadequate liability coverage under Grand Prize Winner’s homeowner’s insurance, is beyond the scope of this Grand Prize or is in any way deemed unsuitable at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Residence could be checked by a licensed electrician as part of the prize and Residence must have 120 amp or larger service. The Sponsor requires that the Grand Prize Winner must make the Residence available for a location scout for one day between the dates of October 20, 2018 and October 25, 2018 for a visit between two (2) to four (4) hours. Grand Prize Winner must make the Residence available for a 72-hour period between the dates of November 5, 2018, and November 9, 2018 for the purposes of home décor installation . This will require individuals to access the exterior grounds and interior of the Residence including, but not limited to design professionals, camera crews, production team, craft services personnel, Home & Family talent, etc. Grand Prize Winner and other residents of the Residence, if needed, must be willing to vacate the property for a period not to exceed 72-hours while the home decoration is taking place. Appropriate lodging selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor will be secured if this is necessary. Grand Prize Winner and other residents of the Residence must make themselves available for on-camera interviews including, but not limited to, a ‘reveal moment’ where the home decorations are seen by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her family for the first time. Removal and striking of the décor is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. If the Grand Prize Winner cannot or is unwilling to be available, the Grand Prize is subject to forfeiture in its entirety, in which event, Sponsor will have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner agrees to allow the Residence where the Grand Prize is to be installed to be photographed by a photographer appointed by Sponsor before, during, and after the installation of the prize components. Grand Prize Winner shall assist in the coordination of the scheduling of the dates for the photographs to be taken. Grand Prize Winner agrees to allow the Residence to be filmed before, during, and after the installation. Sponsor shall own any photographs or videos taken (“Assets”) to use on any media in perpetuity for any purpose at the sole discretion of Sponsor with no compensation to Grand Prize Winner whatsoever. All individuals appearing in Assets shall grant Sponsor permission to use his/her name and likeness with no compensation whatsoever (if a minor appears in Assets, his/her parent or guardian shall grant such permission).
Prior to the production shoot, Winner may not sell, trade or otherwise transfer any components of the prize except at the express, sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize components are awarded as-is and are not covered by product warranties.

SWEEPSTAKES 2 PRIZES/ARV’S:
(15) Weekly Prizes (five (5) prizes each week for (3) weeks): Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive (1) “7-inch Balsam Hill Miracle Flame Pillar Candle”, ARV: $59 each, and one (1) Visa® Gift Card or a check with a value of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). ARV total: $8,385.00.

Sponsor is not responsible for any fees, costs, or additional charges resulting from an entrant or prize winner entering and participating in the Promotion and/or being awarded and/or receiving and/or using a prize.
Any depiction of prizes (or any part thereof) is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and are not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
Grand Prize Winner will be required to supply his/her social security number to Sponsor for Sponsor to issue an IRS 1099 tax form in the value of the prize. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to the release or his or her name, likeness, and/or entry(ies) for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize or redeem any non-monetary prize (or prize component) for money. Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any prize (or prize component) with one of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prizes. Prize elements may not be separated.
