Official Rules Fireball Fridays Instant Win Game Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Fireball Fridays Instant Win Game ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Instant Win Game”). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Text the keywords “FIREBALL FRIDAY” to cellular number 811811 during the Promotion Period. Once a keyword is received, you will receive a response text with a link to www.fireballfriday.com (the "Website"). Participants can also access the Website directly. Once at the Website, you will be prompted to confirm if you are 21 years of age or older. Log in with your email and completely enter your true and correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Complete Mailing Address, Email Address and Phone Number). Upon registering, you will earn one (1) one (1) gameplay for the “Spin to Win” Instant Win game (“Game”).
When the Game is completed you will be notified if you have won or lost. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others. Standard carrier charges apply. Contact your carrier for plan details and pricing. ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY: To participate without texting and/or playing the Game on the Website, hand-print your full name, full mailing address, email address, phone number, and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn: Fireball Fridays Instant Win Game Entry, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 130, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Each 3x5 inch paper must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due envelopes. No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any envelope. Mail-in Entries must be received no earlier than August 1, 2018 and received by October 31, 2018 to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified.
