PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Jeep Latitude 4-dr SUV:
The confirmed winner of this prize will receive an all-new 2019 Jeep Latitude 4-dr SUV, to be delivered to winner’s residence by Miami Lakes AutoMall. Sponsor in its sole discretion may provide the ARV of the prize in cash to winner. Prize winner must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Vehicle’s Owner’s Manual. Winner is responsible for payment of all license, title, registration fees and sales tax. If the actual value of the vehicle is lower than the ARV stated herein, winner will not be entitled to the difference. ARV includes vehicle and shipping.
Travel Channel Tropical Getaway Prize :
The confirmed winner of this prize will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Bermuda and an opportunity to take part in a dive exploration of the shipwrecks in the waters around Bermuda. The prize consists of round-trip coach air travel to St.George's, Bermuda, from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 4 (four) days/3 (three) nights, an opportunity to participate in a dive exploration; airport/hotel transfers; and $500 spending money. Approximate retail value of Travel Prize is $5,000. All expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Travel, accommodations, and activities are subject to availability and certain restrictions; blackout dates may apply. Participation in a dive exploration is subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions put forth by the dive provider. Air carriers, hotels and other transportation selected by Sponsor. Trip must be taken within one year of the date of the random drawing or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Travelers are responsible for any travel insurance. No prize transfer or cash redemption permitted. Winner must accept prize as stated or prize may be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, safety or security considerations, or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and for any expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes not specifically included herein. Winner’s guest, who must be 21 years of age or older, will be required to complete and return a liability and publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. By accepting a travel prize, the potential winner represents that he/she understands that travel, whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies, known or unknown. The winner further represents that he/she recognizes that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip. In order to be considered a travel prize winner and partake of the enjoyment of this trip, the winner must be willing to accept the risk, and to confirm his/her acceptance to such risk in writing at Sponsor’s request. Winner or winner’s guest may be required to provide hotel with a major credit card issued in one of their names to cover room security and/or incidental expenses. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or expenses in excess of the stated prize value, and all other expenses are solely the responsibility of winner. The difference between the selected vacation and the ARV of prize will not be awarded.
