Mission Piñata Game ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 2, 2018 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 5, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Instant Win”). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

1.ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Puerto Rico), who are eighteen (18) (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and Mississippi 21) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees of Gruma Corporation (“Sponsor”), Mission Foods, Amp Agency, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void anywhere not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2.HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, visit play.missionpinata.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period. Log in with your email address and complete the registration form with your true and correct information in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name and Email Address) if you have not done so previously. Upon registering, you will earn one (1) gameplay for the “Piñata” Instant Win game (“Game”). When the Game is completed, an entry will be generated (the “Entry” or “Entries”), and you will be instantly notified on the Website if you have won or lost. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Upon Game completion, you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others.

Limit of (1) Game play per person, per email address, per day, throughout the Promotion Period.

3.INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: Five Thousand, Six Hundred and Forty-Seven (5,647) Instant Win prize winners will be determined throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries received and the date and time when a participant plays the Game. All Instant Win prize winners will be required to complete a redemption form with their complete mailing address to claim their prize.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By entering, you agree that Promotion Parties and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns and their advertising and promotional agencies shall have no liability for, and to release and hold all such parties harmless from, any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her Entries, who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Texas. 5.PRIZE LIMITATIONS:

Limit of (1) Instant Win Prize, per person, per email address.

All Promotion Prizes will be fulfilled approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks after winner verification. No substitution, transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. If it is discovered, during prize verification, that you have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit, you will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.

6.RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Texas. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

8.TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. A 1099 Form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to any winner of a prize valued over $600.
