I just upgraded to Sweepstakes Advantage Plus (5/18) when I try to check my Facebook entries it will not let me. It says only for Advantage Plus members, which I am and says I need to upgrade.
As a new Plus member, you need to log out, clear your cookies, then log in to Sweepstakes Plus and stay in Plus.
Please try this. If it does not help, and you still cannot see the Facebook category when you go to New Sweeps, you will need to submit a ticket to the Help Desk:
