Microsoft Promotion Award Team - Is this spam?

Hello. Has anyone else gotten this. I'm afraid to respond, especially since it's in GBP (Great Britain Pounds). I fill out so many sweeps I can't even remember what's what. Thanks for any help!
 
usually anything from a foreign place or in foreign money is spam, unless you personally are entering a foreign sweep which is unlikely if you are from the US
